Agreement

These terms apply to the Legit? iOS app, provided by Outloud US LLC. By using the app, you agree to them. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

What Legit? does

Legit? gives an automated assessment of whether a message looks like a scam. A result is not a guarantee: the app can miss a scam or flag a genuine message.

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on a result. Legit? is not legal, financial or security advice.

Free checks and Legit Pro

Legit? includes 5 free checks. Legit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription with 200 checks per month.

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under Apple’s Standard EULA. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse Legit?: for example, by trying to get around the check limits, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits and may block abusive use.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Legit? is provided “as is”, without warranties, and Outloud US LLC is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on a result.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using the app, you accept the updated terms.
